I had a friend once call my cooking “creations”, and at the time I’m not sure it was exactly meant as a compliment. But now I totally do, because making my ”creations” has always been something that I love to do. I never fully follow a recipe, I always like to make my own twists to things. And maybe it’s Italian in me, but I rarely measure things. That’s one reason writing down recipes takes me so long. So as you poke around and try these recipes out, feel free to make them your own! I’d LOVE to know what you do to make these your own. I believe that life and food should be fun! So go crazy, because today calories don’t count, you can never have too much garlic, and butter is your best friend.
