St. Patrick’s day is different once you become a parent, am I right? Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a green beer (or a few) like the next girl. But now my days are filled with green pancakes for pancake Sunday, or pulling out our big book of colors and learning all the colors of the rainbow.
I’m super excited that this year St. Patrick’s day fell on a Sunday because it gave me the excuse to make a coloring page for my #SundayFunday over on my VIP Facebook group! What is #SundayFunday to me? Every Sunday I share a totally free activity that your kids can do so maybe you can enjoy your cup of coffee, or recover from your green beer.
Why is This Coloring Page Special?
This free coloring page is special to me because I made it especially for my free coloring station at the 10th annual St. Paddy’s Day Palooza at Innsbrook Pavillion in Glen Allen Virginia. This page was so popular that I ran out part way through the day! It is safe to say that this family-friendly community event was a huge hit! Not only was it a great way for people to get out and enjoy the beautiful spring weather, but it also raised $37,000 for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that raises funds to help find cures for the cancers that affect children and maybe shaves a few heads along the way.
Did you miss out on your very own copy? No worries, I’ve got you!
Here is where you can get your very own copy of the St. Patrick’s page to color. Once your kiddo completes the coloring snap a picture and share it on the group page. Someone is going to win a free book just for entering!
Happy coloring! And happy St. Patrick’s Day!
